An American Tail is one of my favorite movies that is not made by Disney. Did not pick up on the fact that it was anti semitic when I was a kid.
In Wizard Of Oz they also used asbestos in the scene where it it snows in the poppy field scene. They did the same thing for the snow in White Christmas.

28.11.2022I always noticed the “mother issues”. When you’re a child who loses your mother young.. you notice it anywhere it’s occurring, as well as how often it’s used in pop culture; not just Disney movies.

25.11.2022I loved Bambi and I still do no matter what sad things happened in it because it inspired me to write my own Titanic Story about these two ten year old cousins who sailed on the Titanic and Survived the nightmare of the shipwreck with their own courage and witts and their broken friendship but with great cost 😢 obviously meaning their 👪 from their parents and older siblings did not survive and the sinking of the Titanic brings the two cousins relationship more closer.

25.11.2022I can see a list for children movies for both before 2000 and after 2000 that have facts that would ruin childhoods. Especially when the kids later learn the biology in Finding Nemo and what would actually happened between those two clown fishes when such a scenario occurs.
