Club meetings will be held on Sunday mornings (2nd week and 4th week), 9:00 am-11:15 am. English and Vietnamese meetings will be held alternately in a month.
There are 3 main sessions in a meeting:
Session 1: Prepared Speeches: 3-4 Toastmasters will present their prepared speeches
Session 2: Table Topic Questions: There will be around 7-9 questions related to the meeting theme. Those questions will be answered randomly by both members and guests. This is a golden opportunity for the guests to experience the feeling of presenting their ideas immediately in front of a lot of people.
Session 3: Evaluation – The evaluators will give their feedback for all prepared speakers for their further improvements.
