That looks more like an standard p30 than a p30L. Specifically p30s since the standard p30L Doesn't have that thumb safety. There's three versions of it the shorter p30sk the standard p30 and the longer barreled p30L as well as the s variants of each that have an added thumb safety. For size comparison the sk has three of those rail notches under the barrel the standard 4 and the L has 5.
Comes in 9mm and 40s&w is fully ambidextrous though the decocker is probably a pain to use left handed. Double action 17 to 13 round magazine depending on which variant pretty reliable and doesn't particularly like being breach loaded. It being an h&k gun aimed at police contracts means they are decently well made and also expensive compared to most civilian marketed guns. Bought one around a decade ago and haven't had it jam on me except when I tried breach loading it on the range.
